Mr. Azriel brings over 15 years of experience in finance and capital markets, having held multiple senior roles throughout his career. He joined KY Financial Group, a leading investment firm in Israel, as a Partner and CEO. Additionally, Mr. Azriel serves as a member of the Investment Committee at the Open University in Israel. Prior to these roles, he led operations for the Israeli market at a prominent fintech company and served as the head of the ultra-high-net-worth individuals unit at Israel’s largest bank, Bank Leumi. In these positions, he advised ultra-high-net-worth individuals and leading companies on their investment portfolios, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Azriel holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from the Open University

Mr. Itamar Nir has more than 15 years of extensive entrepreneurial experience in the financial sector in investment management, investment banking, structuring and wealth management. In addition, he served as a senior consultant to Meitav Dash leadership team, as a lecturer of Derivatives and Financial Instruments course at the College of Management Academic Studies in Israel, and as Managing Partner in various hedge funds.

Mr. Michael Kalman has more than 20 years of deep knowledge and experience in various roles of finance, investments and capital markets. He served as a team leader in the private banking division of the largest bank in Israel, Bank Leumi. As part of his role, Mr. Kalman, advised Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals and leading companies on their investment portfolios in Israel and overseas.

Mr. Nir has many years of experience in entrepreneurship and real estate. Since 2016, Mr. Nir has led a large number of commercial and residential real estate transactions in Israel and abroad together with various entrepreneurial groups with an aggregate amount of over NIS 100 million. Mr. Nir specializes in transactions structures and real-estate partnerships. Mr. Nir has a bachelor's degree in economics and management from the College of Management Academic Studies.

Mr. Elad Weiss has more than 15 years of experience in capital markets and in global business management. Mr. Weiss served as a senior portfolio manager and head of the investment committee at U-net investment house, the biggest insurance agency in Israel. In addition, Mr. Weiss established and managed the relationship with leading enterprises across EMEA and APAC regions as part of his role at LivePerson, a global leader in the high-tech sector. 

Mr. Weiss holds a B.A in Economics and Management from the College of Management Academic Studies.

Mr. Ben Harush has more than 18 years of rich experience in finance and capital markets. Mr. Ben Harush joined KY Financial Group, a leading investment firm in Israel during 2023. He served as Director of Sales & Business Development at Pagaya, a leading Israeli fintech company and as a team leader in the private banking division of Bank Hapoalim. As part of his role, Mr. Ben Harush, advised High-Net-Worth individuals and leading companies on their investment portfolios in Israel and overseas. Mr. Ben Harush holds a B.A in Economics from the Haifa University of Israel and a LLM, Master of Laws from Bar Ilan University

Mr. Karpf has more than 18 years of experience in financial analysis, with expertise in global equities and equity derivatives.

For the past decade, Mr. Karpf worked at Bank Leumi, first as a Senior Global Equity Analyst, and later as the bank's Head of Research.

He is the author of two investment books, "How You Can Sell Options for a Living" (2014) and "How to Select Winning Stocks and Avoid Losers" (2017), both available on Amazon.

Mr. Karpf holds a BA in Law and Economics and an LLM in Commercial Law from the Hebrew University.

Mr. Lomonosov has over 15 years of rich experience in the world of finance and wealth management while specializing in debt investments.

Before joining as Manager of the Masada Fund, Mr. Lomonsov held various positions in the Israeli capital market, including as a senior investment advisor in the Platinum division of Bank Leumi. As part of his role, he advised HNW families and individuals in managing their investments in Israel and internationally. Mr. Lomonosov has a deep acquaintance with key players in the Israeli capital market such as investment funds, investment houses and various debt investors.
